1.1. Access Control: For security reasons, Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to inspect your clothes, coats and belongings, either visually or using special equipment, both at the entrance and inside the hotels.
If a visitor refuses such an inspection, Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to deny access to the hotels.
Please note that the following items are not allowed in the hotels:
- Illegal and dangerous substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous items (in particular any offensive or defensive weapons of any category) and any type of object or toy resembling a firearm (such as a laser gun or water pistol, etc.) that may endanger the safety of visitors.
- Any items that may disturb the peace of visitors (such as vuvuzelas, megaphones or horns).
- Recreational items, such as drones or any other remote-controlled or radio-controlled toy.
- Any item that Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. deems inappropriate or disturbing.
1.2. Wheeled Recreational Devices: Visitors are prohibited from using roller skates, bicycles, scooters or any other wheeled recreational devices, motorised or not, to access the hotel and/or inside the hotel. Use of this equipment is tolerated in the outdoor areas of Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch, provided the behaviour is reasonable and safe.
1.3. Clothing: Proper attire is required in all circumstances. This includes wearing shoes, tops and bottoms. Some of our restaurants may set a dress code. Please consult our website for details, or ask when you book your table.
We also reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to escort out of the hotel area or refuse access to any persons wearing clothing that may encourage interaction with other visitors or disturb them by posing as characters in costume. For security reasons, headwear that completely covers the face is prohibited, except on medical grounds. Visitors over age 12 are prohibited from wearing costumes and masks (except on medical grounds). When they are worn by children of this age, masks must allow them to have clear peripheral vision at all times and enable others to fully see their eyes.
Failure to comply with these clothing requirements may result in access being denied to the hotels.
Specific rules may apply to special, private events.
Please see information provided specifically for these events for more details.
1.4. Minors: minors aged under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. In the absence of a parent or responsible adult, children aged 15 and over may stay in the hotel, subject to providing written authorisation signed by their legal guardian.
Children aged under 12 must be supervised at all times. Whatever their age, minors remain under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, who are subsequently responsible for any damage they may cause.
1.5. Animals: only assistance animals are allowed inside the hotels. They must be kept on a lead and remain under the control of their owners.
1.6. Registration form: pursuant to article R. 611-42 of the Code of Entry and Stay of Aliens and of the Right of Asylum, all persons over age 15 who are not French nationals must fill in a registration form upon arrival at the hotel.
1.7. Room access: rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure (except at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch where rooms will be available from 4pm).
